Our Remodeling Consultants and Client Service Associates have years of experience analyzing problems and creating solutions to all of your home improvements dilemmas. So how does it work? It’s pretty simple.

The first step is to visit the website- schedulefred.com. There you will find links to either Schedule Fred or Contact Us– they both will take you to where you need to go.

When you land on this page, you have 2 options:

Call us at the appropriate number (you can just click the number if you are using your mobile phone). A Client Services Associate will answer and either schedule a Craftsman if the project is small or assign a Remodeling Consultant and schedule an appointment. You can elect to meet with your consultant either face to face or virtually.

The other option is to fill out the web form and a Client Services Associate will contact you and go through the steps outlined above. You can also add language in the Project Description field to let us know whether you would like an in person or virtual meeting.

If you choose to meet in person, a Remodeling Consultant will visit with you in your home. If you would like to know more about that process, visit https://www.schedulefred.com/blog/our-process/ If you choose to meet virtually, we are going to need you to participate in a video call. We will guide you through what we need to see in order to help you with your situation. We could also do this with photographs. Take lots of pictures, send them to your Remodeling Consultant via email, and we’ll arrange a phone conversation to discuss the project.
