Slavo moved to the United States from Poland in 2001 with a Civil Engineering background and construction field work experience. During his engineering studies, he developed an interest in design, CAD/BIM systems, technology, and IT.
As a young immigrant right out of university, he found himself working as a freelance contractor performing residential and commercial renovation projects in the Washington, DC metro area. His hands-on approach, hard work, and ability to trouble-shoot challenges in the field gave him a reputation as someone that clients and homeowners could depend on. This 20 years long adventure, led him eventually to the Case/Fred team. He joined the Case family in 2021 as a Lead Craftsman. Two years later he transitioned to the Fred Division as a Remodeling Consultant.
Outside of work, Slavo enjoys woodworking, performing small car repairs, and house renovation projects. He also likes to spend time with his wife where they enjoy hiking and traveling.
