German Marroquin has been a Home Repair Specialist with the company for the past 6 years and has been in the home remodeling business for 21 years in the metro DC area. His areas of expertise include carpentry, drywall, plastering and painting and he is lead certified. What most excites German about his profession is the opportunity to tackle new challenges everyday. He approaches every home he works in as if it were his own. German resides in Silver Spring, MD with his wife and eight and four year old sons. In his free time he enjoys backpacking, snowboarding and playing a variety of sports.

Mark Fessenden has been with the company for almost 10 years as a Home Repair Specialist. He is a true "jack of all trades" and has a passion for problem solving and leaving a happy client at the end of the day. He holds a Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC) designation. Prior to joining our company, Mark had his own remodeling business for several years and also served as a building engineer for remodeling of government office buildings. Before entering the remodeling business, Mark was a chef for 20 years. Mark currently resides in Washington, DC with his wife.

Jerome has worked with the company for 5 years and has been in the residential remodeling business for the last 15 years. His areas of specialty include: general carpentry, kitchen cabinets, trim work, light plumbing and electrical work, exterior wood repairs and more. He has earned his Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC) designation, and is lead paint certified. He takes great pride in the work he does, and thoroughly insists on a happy client after every job. Jerome is a native of Manassas, VA and currently resides there with his wife Rebecca. He loves to read, listen to music and spend time with his dogs.

Douglas has been with the company for almost 12 years. His expertise includes: carpentry, tile work, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall. He has been in the residential remodeling industry for over 46 years. Douglas enjoys that no two projects are alike and that he's able to overcome unique challenges and find solutions to meet his client's goals. Douglas is a veteran and served for two years in Korea. He is extremely honored to have served his country. Douglas is a native of North Carolina and currently lives in Upper Marlboro, MD. He loves to bowl in his free time and carry's an average of 212!

Kenneth has been with the company for 6 years and in the construction industry since 1975. He holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. He is also lead paint certified. He loves the challenge of doing something different everyday, and having the opportunity to figure out solutions to different needs. Kenneth loves sports including golf, baseball and football. He grew up in Woodbridge, NJ and currently lives in Frederick, MD.

Terry has been with the company for 10 years. His areas of expertise include: drywall, tile work, plumbing, minor electrical and carpentry. He began his career in home improvements in 1977! What makes him passionate about his work is seeing all that he is able to accomplish each day. Nothing makes him more proud than when a client calls the office before the job is even complete to express their gratitude for a job well done. Terry served in the military for several years. He is a native of Rockville, MD and currently resides there. In his free time he enjoys camping with his family and paintball.

Allan has been with the company for over 6 years. He has been a Master Electrician for 30 years. He holds a State of Maryland Master Electrical license, and is lead paint certified. Allan is passionate about what he does and always has the end goal of making sure his clients are happy with his work. He loves being able to overcome challenges on a daily basis. Allan is very involved in his church. He also enjoys spending free time hiking with his family. He grew up in Frederick, MD and currently resides in Westminster, MD. Allan is married and has 3 children and one grandchild.

Jeffrey has been with the company for 5 1/2 years. He can pretty much do it all when it comes to home repairs including: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, roofing, painting, siding, and flooring. He has spent the last 22 years in the home improvement industry gaining a wide variety of experience including: new construction, residential craftsman, and remodeling project management. Jeffrey is lead paint certified. He experiences instant gratification when his client is happy with his work. In his free time he enjoys cooking. Jeffrey resides in Gaithersburg, MD with his wife and two daughters.

Dan has been with the company for 7 years. He has been a residential plumber for 22 years and holds his Master Plumber and Master Gas Fitter licenses in Maryland and Virginia. Dan loves being able to solve problems for clients. He also loves working with the state-of-the art, cutting edge products he is exposed to on a regular basis. Dan is a metro DC native and currently resides in Beltsville, MD. He has a 17 year old son. Dan is a self proclaimed "outdoorsman" and enjoys golfing and fishing.

Dale has been with the company for 4 years. His areas of specialty include: painting and sheetrock repair, plus general home repair work. He has been in the commercial, industrial, and residential remodeling industries for 20 years. To Dale, every day is a new client and a new adventure! He currently resides in Montgomery Village, MD with his wife and 2 children. Dale's a sports enthusiast and loves world politics and economic policies.

Stan has been with the company for 13 years. He specializes in drywall and painting. Prior to his experience here, Stan worked in the fire and flood restoration business for 17 years. What most excites Stan about what he does is he knows when the job is done; he will have a happy client. He approaches every job like an artist and sees every job he does as a work of art. Stan has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. He resides in Sykesville, MD where he enjoys hiking, biking, playing and watching baseball and football, carving, sculpting, oil painting and playing classic rock music!

For the past 35 years, George has spent his career in the home improvement industry. Having been involved in both new construction and remodeling, George can handle pretty much anything. He has vast experience in framing, trim carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical and painting just to name a few. George has been a member of the fred team since August. What most excites George about what he does is helping client's make their home a better place to live. He loves the outdoors and in his free time enjoys hiking and biking.

Karl is a veteran in the home improvement industry. For the past 30 years, he has been putting his expertise to use in: trim work, crown and chair rail molding, cabinet making, framing, general carpentry, tile work, windows, doors and siding. He joined the fred team in May. Karl loves making his client's happy and keeping them coming back for more! In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his three daughters and also loves boating, fishing and playing his guitar.

Russell has been a part of the home remodeling and new construction business for years. He enjoys interior finish work, doors, windows, decks and more. Making clients happy is what gets him up in the morning. Nothing pleases him more than seeing a smile on their face when he is done. Russell was a lieutenant for the Chilmark Fire Department for twelve years. On the weekends, he enjoys camping, biking and spending time with his family.
